Our estimated costs do not include complex provisions and clauses, for instance the creation of Trusts. We do, however, work very closely with a consultant specialising in complex Wills and Probate matters to whom we can refer your matter should any complexities arise.
Please note where the price states excluding VAT, then no VAT is payable. VAT rate is chargeable at 20%.
