In October 2022, Jigyasa became an invaluable member of T.G. Collins following the successful completion of her Masters in Law with a specialisation in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London, where she earned a Merit. Having initially joined the firm as a legal assistant, Jigyasa quickly showcased her skills and commitment, earning a promotion to the role of paralegal in April 2023.

Currently serving as a trainee solicitor since January 2024, Jigyasa brings a wealth of legal expertise to the team. Hailing from India, she holds the qualifications of a qualified advocate and has prior experience working alongside advocates from the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts across different states.

Driven by a passion for international law, Jigyasa is actively pursuing dual qualification to practice law in both India and the UK, with plans to take the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) in the near future.

Jigyasa’s primary focus within the T.G. Collins team lies within the family law department. Here, she undertakes diverse tasks, including preparing bundles and representing clients in Courts for matters related to finances, non-molestation orders, and children. Her expertise extends to handling cohabitation disputes, showcasing her comprehensive understanding of family law matters.

As an ambitious professional, Jigyasa aspires to broaden her expertise in other areas of law within T.G. Collins solicitors.
